By installing, accessing, or using Green Light ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the Service. These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including during any free beta period.
Green Light is a Chrome extension that helps medical sales representatives determine whether physicians have publicly available appointment booking pages. When you visit a physician's LinkedIn profile, Green Light reads the physician's name and queries publicly available medical directories and booking platforms to surface availability information.
Green Light also surfaces publicly available physician information from the National Provider Identifier (NPI) registry, including practice address, phone number, hospital affiliations, and board specialty.
Green Light is intended for use by medical device and pharmaceutical sales representatives for legitimate business purposes. You agree to use the Service only to:
You may not use the Service to harvest, scrape, or compile physician data in bulk, to build competing products or databases, or for any purpose that violates applicable law.
Green Light is currently available as a free beta. During the beta period, we may impose usage limits (such as a monthly search cap) at our discretion. We reserve the right to introduce paid subscription plans in the future. We will provide reasonable notice before transitioning free features to paid tiers.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In summary:
Green Light, including its code, design, and branding, is owned by Green Light: Medical Sales Intelligence LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our written permission. The Green Light name and logo are trademarks of Green Light: Medical Sales Intelligence LLC.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:
Physician availability data is sourced from publicly available third-party platforms and may not reflect real-time conditions. Always verify availability directly before making a visit.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Green Light: Medical Sales Intelligence LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Green Light: Medical Sales Intelligence LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
The Service interacts with third-party platforms (including LinkedIn, medical booking platforms, and the NPI registry) to provide its functionality. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for these platforms. Your use of third-party platforms is governed by their own terms of service.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the extension or via email if you have provided one. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at our discretion, including if we believe you are using it in violation of these Terms or applicable law. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the extension.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Hennepin County, Minnesota.
